Cooking Demo Class at Chef Central

Join us for a Cooking Demo at Chef Central in Paramus on Thursday, February 25th at 6pm!

Come to this entertaining and scrumptious event while supporting our Women Build program. You can sit, watch and sip (BYO favorite adult beverage) while our chef prepares a multi-course meal or you can join in on the action by assisting the chef in preparing one of the courses.The theme will be local sourced food that is easy to prepare, good for your diet and great tasting. All participants will receive tasting samples of each dish. The menu for this fun evening is:

• Kale and Quinoa Salad with Toasted Sunflower Seeds and Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette
• Sous Vide Chicken Breast with Marsala Mushroom Sauce
• Honey Roasted Butternut Squash with Nutmeg
• Grilled Asparagus Spears
• Pumpkin Panna Cotta

Guests must be 18 or older to attend. Registration is available on Chef Central's Event Calendar and is $50 per person.
